Try the lite version before purchase. All our plugins have a live demo so that our customers can check what they are purchasing. We advise you to properly check our plugins features list, video tutorials, documentation, blogs. If you have any pre-sale queries, please ask questions to our friendly support engineers or live chat.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our plugins 100%, but We understand that not all plugins can work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it causes you trouble, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve the issue, we will be happy to offer you a full 100% refund within 14 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.
However, we would love to invite you to suggest to us how to improve ourselves while refunding and what made you ask for a refund.
We do not refund if the plugin has been purchased on discount or offer.
A few conditions you should consider:
- Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date.
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds do not apply to discounted plugins, upgrades, or renewals.
- We do not refund auto-renewal payments for any plugin.
