A: We offer various licensing options you can choose from. You can select a purchasing plan between Yearly and Lifetime for a Personal (1 Site), Business (5 Sites), or Agency (Unlimited Sites) licenses. You can use our plugins on the same number of websites that you buy the license for.

Q. Can I customize the plugin?
A: Our plugins are highly customizable. You have full control over styling. All plugins have an easy to use settings panel that allows you to customize all the plugin features without touching a single line of code.

Q. Will the plugins work with third-party plugins?
A: ShapedPlugin plugins follow WordPress’s standard code practices all the time which make them secure and compatible with most third-party plugins. If you face any issue while using our plugin(s), we would be happy to support and resolve your issues as early as possible during business hours. However, we cannot provide support if the problem lies with third-party plugins.

Q. Which browsers are supported by ShapedPlugin themes?
A:  ShapedPlugin plugins are tested thoroughly on all the latest browsers including, but not limited to, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Baidu, and Internet Explorer. However, we recommend testing the live demos of our plugins on your intended browsers before purchasing.

A: Plugin updates depend on many factors. Security updates and critical bugs are fixed as soon as possible. Updates that improve our plugin framework and bring new features are made available frequently.

Q. What are the hosting or server requirements for ShapedPlugin plugins?
A: Our plugins work well with all hosts that support WordPress. To ensure the best performance from our plugins, make sure that your host supports the latest version of WordPress, MySQL 5.6 or higher, and PHP 5.6 or higher.

Q. Do the plugins work with WordPress Multisite?
A: Yes, our plugins are WordPress multisite compatible and smoothly runs on a multisite network.

Q. What is your refund policy?

Try the lite version before purchase. All our plugins have a live demo so that our customers can check what they are purchasing. We advise you to properly check our plugins features list, video tutorials, documentation, blogs. If you have any pre-sale queries, please ask questions to our friendly support engineers or live chat.

We firmly believe in and stand behind our plugins 100%, but We understand that not all plugins can work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it causes you trouble, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve the issue, we will be happy to offer you a full 100% refund within 14 days of your original purchase and no questions will be asked.

However, we would love to invite you to suggest to us how to improve ourselves while refunding and what made you ask for a refund.

A few conditions you should consider:
  • Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
  • Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
  • We do not refund auto-renewal payments for any plugin.

Q: Why haven’t I received my purchase receipt or login information?

Q: Why can’t I log into my account?

Q: What happens when I cancel my ShapedPlugin subscription?
A: If you cancel your subscription, you will have one year of support and plugin updates. The plugin will continue working.

Q: What happens when my license expires?
A: The plugin(s) will continue to work as it did before. However, you are no longer able to download any new releases or to get support until your license is renewed.

Q: How do I renew my license?
A: It’s easy to renew! You will receive an email before your license expires. The email includes a link to renew your license quickly and easily.

Q: Will my license renew automatically?
A: Yes. You will be charged automatically until canceled.

Q: What if I don’t renew my license?
A: The plugin(s) will continue to work as it did before. You are free to continue using our plugin for as long as you want. However, you are no longer able to download any releases or get support.

Q: If I renew my license, do I need to also download the plugin and install it again?
A: No, the built-in automatic update system will take care of all of that for you.

Q: Do I get updates for the plugin?
A: Yes. Automatic updates are available to all users with an active license key.
