(1) Redirect: Select an option for redirection after successful submission. The following options are available to select- 

• Same Page: If you select this option, the reviewers will stay on the same page after successful submission. If you select this option, the following options are available- 
• To a Page: Select this option if you want to redirect the reviewers to a specific page. If you select this option, the following option is available to set the page- 
  • Page: It shows all available pages. Select a page for redirection after form submission. 
• To a custom URL: Select this option if you want to redirect the reviewers to a custom URL. If you select this option, the following option is available to set the custom URL- 
  • Custom URL: Paste the custom link to redirect the reviewers. 

(2) Form Submission Message Position: Select a position to show the successful message after the form submission. The following positions are available to set-

• Top
• Bottom

(3) Successful Message: Write a greeting message that will be visible after successful submission.
